This is the advancement of my progress with 3d animation and the course.
Multiple balls assignment.
the start of any good animation course is with the bouncing balls ><
Afterwards the dreaded juicebox which deleted itself an hour before class so i had to redo it >< good times. I do not like this but i got the concept of what the teacher was explaining and about using the graph editor
After that was the walk cycle test. I am sorry but most of these videos should be put on repeat after this because cycles are meant to be watched over and over and over…. The ending 10 frames were cutoff so i will have to re-render it someday
Here is where i started to have fun. I built my own lamp and rig from a site called escape studios.
First i tested the lamp to see how it moves. then i did a spline test to see how the animation would look, after that well you can see
and the final animation looks like this
Afterwards was a test with how weight would like in a scene so i used the some model and got this.
Then was lip syncing. I enjoyed this alot and i do plan to work more with it after i finish capstone and find some free time.
And my final project was shot in 2 stages. First i wanted myself to be apart of it and 2nd i wanted to test an interaction between me and the 3d model. I couldn’t work with it in the same scene so i decided upon lightning bending to test out the feel. The render around the eyes is because of the render setting i had to use in order for the scene to render properly in the first place. i believe i used mental ray because Maya software and hardware were having difficulties accepting the figure as a whole, meaning it would not render certain parts of the body which i believe i understand why now.
